~~Have you ever paid close attention to your body. The touch, the feel of it, just simply knowing the outline of your own skin. I was just thinking of the way it feels when I run my hand over my foot, feeling the curves of it, feeling the little bumps that our my veins, feeling the bones. All very sensational, when you simply take the moment to take a little more notice into them. What can i say, I like my feet. I also feel the same about my hands.
